Mildor is the most northern kingdom in the known world. It is heavily dependant on magic, sorcery and ruled by The Belgrade council. It is considered an apostate kingdom because of this. Radojkic the Mad has ruled as the councils elected King since its inception. It is a elder race, one of three.

One feature of Mildor is the 3 pronged river that flows from the border of the Kuga Hills and Lorrain Woodlands. Where it splits is the location of Mildor's capitol

It is in a constant state of war on all fronts, dealing with Craddania in the east, Luthrain in the west and the Blight in the north. Underpopulated due to the encroachment of the blight, it has a heavy dependants on hierarchies in its society where mages rule over the land.

Blight is a every day occurrence in Mildor, with the cursed ground seeping slowly towards the capital as the years pass. Ghettos of commoners live in crumbling shanties raised above the ground with stone pillars while the mages work in towers, specially enchanted Lifted Earth Towers, to avoid the blight.

One might ask how Mildor can maintain itself in a war between Craddainia, Luthrain as well as the New Deanland's forces and survive so long. Mildor, with its vast knowledge of magic, has constructed multiple portals that let them travel to other realms. Whilst the King of Luthrain, Emperor Alu'monte had ordered the creation of a portal he believed to be able to transport his forces to the surface of Gaia, he learned that the Mildorians had been there for far longer from spies that had infiltrated Mildor's Belgrade Tower. They also learned of the existence of other portals with unknown destinations. The Emperor could only assume they were using this technology to feul their war.

Technology[]

Mildorians often use crossbows, but more often than that, they use large constructs for holding the lines in the war against Luthrain and Craddainia

Magic[]

Mildor has trebuches and a technique of using a metal pit of different magic types. This pit is surrounded by mages that then split the magic, grow it and launch the ball into enemy lines. It also found a way to make floating lamps that ward off monsters. Eventually, this invention fell into the hands of Luthrain where it was mass produced.

Mildor, like Luthrain, has a strong spy system, established around the ideas of magic. One such device used to spy on other nations is the Seeing Pond. This is a pond imbued with magic that lets one view the events and people of another country. However, this powerful tool comes at the cost of the sanity of the user.
